It., on the 3rd day of July, 1936, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (5). Mayor Washburn stated reason for call, to -wit: For the purpose of considering an ordinance regulating traffic, and to transact any other business that may come before the meeting. Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance Ordinance regulating entitled, "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC AND THE USE OF SECOND STREET BY traffic on 2nd st. VEHICLES BETWEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE, AND PROVIDING PENALTILS FOR VIOLATION THEREOF", be adopted. Adopted on call of the roll.
