M., on the 2nd day of July, 1936, Nayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the following answered', to their names: Commissioners Melton, Pulliam abd Mayor Wanhburn (3). Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that an ordinance Ordinance regulating entitled, "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING TRAFFIC AND THE USE OF SECOND STREET BY traffic on 2nd st. VEHICLES BETWEEN BROADWAY AND KENTUCKY AVENUE, AND PROVIDING PENALTILS FOR VIOLATION THEREOF", be adopted. Adopted on call of the roll.
