Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read on call of the roll: I Yeas; Commissioners Lockwood, Melton and Pulliam (3). Commissioner Hannin was present but not voting. Mayor Washburn announced that he voted yea on all minutes except those of the special call meeting of the board held at 10:00 o'clock A -M., i j on June 26, 1936. Liquor license last,! Said oil. to be used to tr,.at gravel streets having the heaviest traffic thereon. Also that ti'rte he investigate the feasibility of restricting speed of cars on and over gravel streets to 15 miles par hour.
