I further move that the records show that this board is unable
to comply with the request for charges and hearing as asked for in said letter above
referred to, because of the fact that the ;Mayor and commissioners Hannin a::d Lockwood
are restrained by injunction issued by the McCracken Circuit Court and are cited to
appear in the McCracken Circuit Court at 10:00 o'clock A.M., Saturday, June 27, 1936:

of L. V. Bean as City Manager.

and employing Chalres Rieke as acting City [danger, or from interfering

with the discharge of the official duties of L. V. Bean, in any manner
on account of any Ordinances or Resolutions heretofore enacted, including
the Ordinances and Resolutions of June 22, 1936.

The 27 day of June, 1936, is hereby fixed as the time in
the Circuit Court Room at the County Court House in the city of Paducah

as the place at which the applicant will move that an injunction be granted.
