At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Co--3ls,ionersl Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 9:00 o'clock A. M., on
the 18th day of June, 1936, Mayor Vashburn presided and upon call of the roll the
following; answered to their names; Commission_rs Hannln, Iaclton, Pulliam and
:':ayor Washburn (4).

allowing the payroll for the first one-half of June, and to transact any oth r business
t t may come before the meeting.
yroll Commissioner Hannin offered the following motion: That the payrolls
Jure for the first half of June, 1936, be allowed in the amount of $8168.89, and that the
City Treasurer be authorized to pay same by checks for the amount of $7518.89, and to
p -y the remainder of $;650.00, with Paducah Industries Certificates. Adopted on call
of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Melton, Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (4).
Mayor Washburn offered the following motion: On May 11, 1936, a
Parking l; motion was passed as appears on page 542 of the proceedings of the Board of Commissioner
Meters -
Proposal -of the city of Paducah, receiving and filing a contract between the City of Paducah
Propo
filed and the Parkrite Meter Corporation. There was attached to said contract a stipulation
:which was referred to in the contract and made a part of the contract. It now appears
that said stipulation has been separated from the contract and either misplaced or
lost; that said stipulation and contract having been executed in triplicate and the
L'Lyor having in his possession a true and correct copy of said stipulation referred
; to in said contract, I now move that said stipulation from the ?Mayor's files be filed
as a part of the contract. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin,

On motion meeting adjourned.
