At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held
in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Rall, Paducah, Kentucky, at 2:30 o'clock
P.M., on the 12th day of May, 1936, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the
roll the followinZ answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood,
Malton, Pulliam and Mayor Washburn (5).
Mayor Washburn stated reason for call, to—wit: For the purpose
of taking up question of employing special counsel and to transact any other
business that may come before the meeting.
Commissioner Lockwood offered the following motion: I move that a
Beer license granted,
Recreation Parlor license to permit the retailing of beer be granted to Recreation Parlor by Roy
;IV. Green, 129 S. 3rd street. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; CommisslonErs

Commission.,r Melton offered the following motion: I move that survey for
Par rite meters �
survey received and location of Parkrite meters be received and filed and when app oved by the
filed.

Commission the City Manager shall be so advised and installation begin. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam and
Mayor Washburn (5).
On motion meeting adjourned.
