At a call meeting of the Board of Cemrnlsnloners hold in the
Ccr..xlsaier:crs� Chamber in the City hall Buiidin;; in the City of Psduenb., Kentucky
st 2::0 o'clock P.1'. on the 19th day of Vey, 1932, i,:ayor Scott presided and upon
coil of the roll the following answered to their names: Com:-.issioners Block,
Bradshaw, Holt and ]'ay or Scott (4) Coahissioner Rieke being, absent. .-
?.:ayor Scott stated reason for cell to -wit: For the nurposo of
!:1lowing the pay rolls for first half of May.
Kayor Scott offered the following motion: "..hereao the Commissioner

...crize anyone to sign his name officially to such City of Paducah checks as it
may be necessary to issue in payment of City clairs for the month of April and the
City pay rolls for the first half of May, I move that Rudy Stesart, City Clerk be
duly emooTered to sign all checks which have been or may be issued for the purpose
