At an adjourned regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held
In the Commissioners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky on April 23, 1936,
pursuant to order of. adjournment of the regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners
held on Monday, April 200 1936, Mayor Washburn presided and upon call of the roll the
followiz: answered to their names: Commissioners Hannin, Lockwood, Melton, Pulliam
and 'wayor Washburn (5).
Uayor Washburn offered the following motion: I move that an
ordinance entitled, "Ad ORDINANCE RELATING TO AND FURTHER REGULATING THE BUSINESS OF

PA:KRITE CORPORATION FOR THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF PARKING M' -T, -RS IN THE CITY OF
PA. UCAH, AND PROVIDING THAT THE RECEIPTS THEREFROM DUE TO BE PAID TO THE CITY OF
PADUCAH SHALL BE PAID INTO THE FUND FOR RELIEF AND PUBLIC CHARITY", be adopted.
