Conmissior. r Welton offered the following .notion: I move that the
Corporation Counsel be instructed to prepare a resolution to be offered, at the
next regular +meeting of the Board, providing that no ?.r,:on or persons shall
receive any charitable assistance from the City of Paducah unLcss he or she
shall have been an actual resident of the City of Paducah for three full years
before making application for charitable assistance, and that a copy of said
resolution be seat to the cowrty seats of the surrounding cotuitias with the
request that county papers give publicity to the resolution. Adopted on ca'_1
