At a call meeting -of the Boprd of Comp,iosioner Fold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the rity of Paducah,
Kentucky at 11:00 AX. on the 3rd day of T4ay, 1932,'•'ayor Scott nrosided and
upon call of the roll the following nnscaored to their names: Commiss7oners
Block, Holt, Rieke and !.:ayor Scott (4). Coumissioner Bradshaw boing absent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -wit; For•the purpose
of allowing special bills.
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commiasioner of Public
Finance be authorized to pay out of the proceeds received from the sale of
the $ 70,000.00 Paducah 1932 Funding Bonds the following amounts:
Citizens Savings Bank }: 38,000.00
Peoples National Bank 13,000.00
Chemical Bank is Trust Co. 19,000.00
to be applied as payments on notes executed to these respective banks by the
City of Paducah in the year 1931. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas;
Corn-.issioners Block, Holt, Rieke and mayor Scott (4).
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to draw a check on the General Fund to the Citizens
Savings Dank the amount of 719.72 it payment of the interest due to date
inclusive, on the nates executed to said bank by the city of Paducah in the
year 1931. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Holt,
Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).
On motion meeting adjourned.
