At a rerul,r meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
nnis-loners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the
23rd day of Deptember, 1935, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the
^ollowing answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn
and Yayor Scott (5).
