At a call meeting of the Board of Co,adsstoners held in the
0c-.-issionerst Chamber in the City Hall uu'ilding in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 3:30 o'clock P.ST. on the 29th day of April, 1932, Mayor Scott presided and uoon
