City of Paducah._.__—� At a Regular meeting of the Board of Comair:cioncrs held In the Comm) .:ioncrst Chamber at the City Hall in Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.?I. on the 12th day of Au ust, 1935, :Iayor Scott presided and u -ion call of the roll the follorin:- answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Bradsha:•e, Ripley, 17ashburn and Mayor Scott (5). Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Oak Grove lot - Commissioner Baker offered the following motion: The Brick Layers Union 11o.4 Brick Layers Union to Ella Incorporated, having executed by proper -ieed of conveyance, a deed by which it -day Lockwood conveyed to Ella May Lockwood the North 'iest corner of Lot No.495 in Block ;io.3 on aercy Avenue between Cypress and Weil Streets in Oak Grove Cemetery, and consisting of a square in the North Vest corner thereof 18 feet of either side and abutting upon said Streets, and to be used for burial purposes for dead persons only. I move that said conveyance and deed be approved and that the cemetery records be corrected to show the ormership of said described lot according; to said deed. Adopted on call of the roll: Year; Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, 'Washburn and Mayor Scott (5). Oa'.S Grove lot - p Commissioner Baker offered the following motion: J.R.Yancey and wife, Nellie :.orman Sanders & ; wife to J.H.Yancy Yancey of Paducah, Kentucky, having presented to the Board of Commissioners their & wife deed to the east one-half of Lot No.102 in Block 2 on the north side of Ford gI t I Street between Baker and miller Streets, in Oak Grove Cemetery, which deed ..as duly executed and ac"noxledged by Norman Sanders and his rife, Katie sanders, I move t. -,at the cony yance of said burial lot as aforesaid be approved, and I) that the cemetery records be corrected to show said ,%onvcyance.
