At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissione.s h-�1d in the
Con-3issionersl Chamber at the Dity Hall in Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 5th day of August, 1955, ;.yor Scott presided and upon cr,ll of the roll the
following answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Bradshae;, Ripley,
�:ashburn and Mayor Scott, (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Coamissioner Baker offered the following motion: That a license to
Dermit the retailing of beer and light wines granted to the following applicant,
upon payment of the proper amount to the City Treasurer, be approved:
Tolbert's Place, By Bessie Harris,;124 Kentucky Avenue
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Mashburn
and ':-'ayor Scott (5) .
On motion meeting adjourned.
