At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Cocaissioners' Chamber at the City Rall in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00
o'clock P.S. on th, 29th day of July, 1935, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the
roll the followin!, answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley,
V;ashburn and Mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Commissioner Ripley offered the following motion: That a license
