At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Co=Issionersys C`,n�ber in the City Hnll Building in the City of Paducah, Kcnti.cky
at 5:00 o'clock P.15. on the 27th day of April 1032 2`nyor Scott presided •ind upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Co*nmissioners Plock
Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor :-cott (4) Commissioner Holt bean, nbsent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -nit: For the purpose of
reimbursing the Cashier's Fund.
Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
Finance be allowed the amount of '� 106.15 to reimburse the Cashier's Pund for
payment of cash orders, same to be charged to 'the proper funds in the various
depart:nonts. - Adopted on call of the roll: Commissioners Block, Bradshnrt,
Rielce and trayor Scott (4).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
