At a ca Ll meeting, of the Board of Commissloners hold Ln the
Commissiorers' Chnmbcr at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky on the 14th day of
May, 1935, at 10:00 o1c.lock A.M. Mayor Pro tem Bradsha;: nreslded and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Ba'.:er,
Ripley, and ;layor Pro tem Bradshaw. (3). Commissioner Washburn r.nd
Mayor Scott being absent (2).
.'Sayer Pro tem Bradshaw stated reason for call to -wit: For the
i, purpose of granting permit to Dr. L. D. Sanders to move two houses from

13th & Monroe Streets to 10th & Husbands.
Permit granted 'Sayor Pro tem Bradshaw offered motion that the bond of Indemnity
I
Dr. L. D. Sander] to the City of Paducah for the removal of two bulldin;: belonging to
to rove two Dr. L. D. Sanders on 13th & Monroe Streets, to 10th & Husbands Street be fixed
houses. at Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars and that the permit for such removal, and the
same is hereby authorized to be issued to the said L. D. Sanders u,)on the

execution of such bond, chich bond shall be filed with the Board of Commissioners
and said removal shall be acco�nol.ished by causing said two buildings to be
Hbrought from 1Sth & Monroe Eastwardly on Monroe to 9th, thence Southwardly on
9th Street to Husbands, thence westwardly to Husbands on 10th Street and to
the point of delivery. And he will also furnish public liability Indemnity in
the amount of $ 5000.00. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Baker and Ripley and Mayor Piro tem Bradshaw (3).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
