At a regular meeting, of the Board of Commissioners held in the

Corimissionersl Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky on the 6th day of
71ay, 1955, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. iiayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll
the following answered to their names: Commissioners Ba er, Bradshaw, Ripley,
t:Dshburn and mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Beer Commissioner Baser offered motion that a license to permit the

retailing of beer and light crines be granted the following applicants upon payment
of the proper amount to the City Treasurer:
