AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN PADUCAH POWER SYSTEM AND THE CITY
OFPADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute an
agreement between Paducah Power System and the City of Paducah for the purchase and
installation of lighting for Brooks Stadium in the amount of $36,000.00.
