Proceedings of—':i FCO_t:iI$SIOtARS _City of Paducah KENTUCICi April 22nd, 19u5___ At a rcrular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Co:uicsloners I Chamber at. the City Rall, Paducah, Kentucky on the 22nd day of April, 1955, at 2:00 o'clock P.M. Mayor Scott presided and u on call of the roll the following ans:ercd to their names: Commissloncrs Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn and Aayor Scott (5). The minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. New Commissioner Ba'::er offered the following motion: It appearing that on deed issued the 18th day of February, 1950, the City of Paducah issued its decd to cemetery to Mrs. Lot #1 in Block 1150, located on the North side of Well Avenue in Oak Grove Cemetery C.P. Jackson to :Irs. C. D. Jackson, but by mistake in drafting said deed, said lot is described in Oa;: Grove as Four (4) grave without giving the number of the lot. Now in order to correct Ceme- tery said deed, I wove that a new deed showing the correct description of said lot be now issued and delivered to the said Mrs. C. D. Jackson so as to conform to the present cemetery records. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn and Mayor Scott (5). @p Commissioner Baiter offered motion that a license to permit the retailing of beer and light urines be granted the following applicant upon payment of the proper amount to the City Treasurer be approved: f Nannie McCann 12th & Kentucky Ave. (129 South 12th St.) Known as the I. C. Cafe Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn and Mayor Scott (5). On motion the meeting adjourned. / APPROVED 8 i '.Iayor ADOPTED _19-5. x City Clerk I
