Co-rsi.ssioners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentuc-:y on the 15th day of
October, 1864, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the followLny'.

Extension of i.iayor Scott offered the following motion: Harold Hummell,
'later Mains 'Mrs. T. E. Bos•:ell, Olive Wedel, J. F. McCrerry, The Von Bnron Fraternity
along -nd G. Tandy Smith, Jr., having petitioned the City for an extension of rater
Blandville rains from point on Sycamore Drive at Forr,.^t Circle out Sycamore Drive to

that the Commissioners of water works be authorized, empowered and instructed to
e;:tend said crater mains by the use of an 8 inch main from a point approximately
1 at the intersection of Forrst Circle and Sycamore Drive nearest to the
Blandville Road and to extend out to the Blandville Road along Sycamore Drive
sen slop; Blandville Road westerwardly to the city limits. And the City of
Paducah agrees and binds itself by the adoption of this moyion to pay the hydrant
rental provided in the franchise of said caster works and to nay the mater :Hain
_-ental as also provided in said franchise, said payments to commence .*,ben said
