At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
Commicsioners' Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentuciv on the 17th day of
September 1934, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the follov:ing

the Woman's Club for the price of v 20.00 and advertise therein the City of
