Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Payrolls for Commissioner Baker offered motion that the payrolls for the last half
last half of
August. 1934 of August 1934 be allowed in the amount of o 7,715.63, and that the Acting

q City Treasurer be authorized to pay sane by checks for amount of 4,545.63, and

to pay the remainder of $ 33170.00 with Paducah Industries Certificates.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Balser, Ripley, Washburn and
tlayor Scott (4).
Beer license Commissioner Ripley offered motion that a license to permit the
granted to
C. F. Haws. retailing of beer and light vines be granted to the following applicant upon
payment of the proper amount to the City Treasurer.
C. F. Haws, 8th & Burnett Sts., Known as Hawse Place.
