Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -wit: For the ;,urpose of
granting Police Powers to temporary chain -gang foreman.
Mayor Scott offered the following motion: Whereas Sle Green
has been designated as foreman of the chain gang to act temporarily during the
illness of the regular foreman I now move that said Ste Green be granted Police
Posers and that he c;zecute the usual bond thereunder. Adopted on call of the
roll: Yeas; Co%,:issioners Bauer, Ripley and Mayor Scott (3).
