At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber at the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky on the 20th day of
August, 1934 at 2:00 o'clock P.M. Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the
roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners &.l.er, Bradshaw,
Ripley, Washburn and :'payor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings r:ere adopted as read.
Commissioner Baker offered motion that a certain deed of conveyance
dated August 20th, 1904, from Mrs. C. D. Jackson to Dan H. Monlcal, conveying
a portion Of lot it2, in block 50, in Oak Grove Cemetery be approved. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Mashburn
and itayor Scott (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
