Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Baker, l/ashburn, Ripley, and Mayor Scott (4). Commissioner Bradshaw being out of the city. Reading of the Mayor Scott offered motion that the approvalof the minutes be minutes deferred until deferred until the next regular meeting. Adopted on call of the roll: next regular meeting. Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Ripley, Washburn and Mayor Scott (4). Commissioner Baker offered the following motions: That a deed granted to James and Mary Broady, for lot #42 in Block #5, in Oak Grove Cemetery, upon payment of $ 30.00 to the City Treasurer be approved. Exonerations I That tax till ,i4205 for the year 1934 be exonerated for Taxes in the amount of $ 49.31 in the name of Rieke, Truehart, and Citizens SavLngs wank as per Court Order dated May 31st, 1934. That Tax Bill #4200 for the year 1934 in the name of J. C. Rieke & Others be exonerated for Taxes in the amount of �, 84.66 as per Court Order dated May 31st, 1934. That Tax bill #3444 for the year 1934 in the name of T.T. Mooney be exonerated for Taxes in the amount of $ 40.65 as per Court Order dated !day 31st, 1934. That Taxes in the amount of $ 42.21 be exonerated an Tax Bill #4199 for the year 1934 in the name of J. C. Rieke, as per Court Order dated, May 31st, 1934. That Tax Bill #1702 for the year 1934 against Irene Gardner, Estate be exonerated for Taxes in the amount of $ 542.35 as per Court Order dated May 31st, 1934. That Taxes in the amount of $ 141.58 be exonerated on Tax Bill 85026 for the year 1934 in the name of R. G. Terrell, Sr. for rife, as per Court Orderdated May 61st, 1934. That Tax Bill -020 for the year 1934 in the name of Campbell Fowler be exonerated for taxes in the amount of $ 279.44 as per Court Order of May 31st, 1934. That the Poll Tax of $ 1.50 on Tax Bill 1;5742 for the year 1934 against George Yopp be exonerated as he was 72 years old in October 1933. That the taxes on personal property and Poll tax be exonerated for the years 1333 and 1.3::4 ngalnst !fill -Crest Developement Company by T. E. Treasurer be authorized to pay same by checks for amount of a 4354.41, and to pay and to pay the remainder of $ 2809.00, with Paducah Industries Certificates. Commissioner {Mashburn offered motion that an ordinance entitled nProviding for the payment of rewards for the apprehension, conviction of persons charged with destruction of vacant housesy be adopted.
