At a call ;aeeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the
Con:iissionersf Chanber at the City HalL,'Paducah, Kentucky on the lst day of June,
1934, at 2:50 P.!!. ?.iayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the following
answered to their names: Cocmissioners Baker, Bradshaws Ripley, Washburn and
:ayor Scott (5).
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to -wit: For the purpose of hearing
evidence and charges of City '?anager preferred against G. F. Battoe and any other
business that may come before the meeting.
Cbarges Mayor Scott offered motion that certain charges preferred by the City
preferred
against, Danger against G. F. Battoe be received and filed. Adopted on call of the roll:
G.F.
Battoe Yeas; Commissioners Baiter, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn and mayor Scott (5).
Board Mayor Scott offered the following motion: The Board of Commissioners
deferred
action having had under consideration complaint against G. F. Battoe, with notice to revoke
on Battoe
license his license to engage in business at 28th Street and Park Avenue, in the City of
Paducah, and having heard numerous witnes es testify, and the Board desiring further
time to consider said cause, I move that the further consideration of this
complaint be deferred until the members of the Bnard have had sufficient time and
opportunity to determine what action should be taken thereon subject to theright
of any member of the Board to call up said matter at any regular meeting of the Board.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripl-y, Washburn
and :'ayor Scott (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned/
