Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read. Board of Mayor Scott offered motion that the Board of Equalizers be granted Equaliz- ers grant: a further extension of ti -re until March 15th, to complete their labors on the tax ed ex- l� tension; assessment books for year 1934. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners of ime i Balser, Bradsha•,., Ripley, Washburn and Mayor Scott (5). Certain) Commissioner Baker offered the following motion: It appearing to the funds trans- ! satisfaction of the Board of Co:muis_ioners that there has accumulated a surplus ferrrd ;? from in Improvement Tax collections over and above the requirements in account "A", which Special; Account; is the.same account in the case of"White against Gardner, the City of Paiucr.h to Gen- eral a and others", and acid surplus having arisen bocausc of advance: out of the General Fund. Fund of the City of Paducah, in order to replace said advances I move that 18,900.00 of said accumulation, which amount is over and above the requirements of said Account '+AQ now in the Treasury of the City of Paducah, be transferred from said special account to the General Fund of the said City. Cash orders Commissioner Baker offered motion that the Cash Orders in the allowed for amount of amount of $ 60.70 be allowed, and that the City 'treasurer be reimbursed by 60.70. check on the General Fund for amount of $ 38.55 and on the C.'".A.
