v� At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held In the
A' Commiasionorsl Chamber in the City hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 11:00 o'clock
I A.M. on the 18th day of January, 1934, Mayor Scott presided and noon call
of the roll the following nnswere-3 to their names: Commissioners Baker,
,{ Prndshaw, Ripley, Washburn and Mayor Scott (5).

Mayor Scott stated reason for call to :wit: For the ,rnose of

Peoples National Bank dated October 27, 1933 for amount of a 25,000.00
