P.T.T., on the 11.th day of January 1932, Mayor Scott prosided and upon call of the roll the folloraing annvored to their names: Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Iiolt, Rieke and Ideyor eoott (5). Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as rend. Commissioner Rieke offered the motion that, the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay from the General Fund the accrued interest on w' 180,000.00 City of Paducah notes due the Citizens Savings Bank from December 4th, 1931. to January let, 1932, amounting to $ 742.51. Adopted on call of the Roll: Yeas; (5). Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay from the general fund the accrued interest on $ 50,000.00 City of Paducah note, due and payable to the Citizens Savings Bank at Paducah, Kentucky, to the amount of $ 1,433.33, from Jnnuary 6th, 1932 to June 30th, 1932, inclusive. Adopted on call of the Roll: Yeas; (5). Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay the interest coupons for 6 months on the 3rd District Sewer Bonds due January 10th, 1932. Outstanding ° 600,000.00 Interest Rate 5% Annual Interest 30,000,00 Semi-annual interest 15,000.00 Bank Collection charge 37.50 Total amount due 15,037.50 Payable through the Citizens Savings Bank, Paducah, for remittance to the Chemical Bank & Trust Company, New York, N.Y., on or before January 1C, 1932. Commissioner Rieke offered moticn that the Co-missioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay the interest coupons for Six Months on the School Improvement Bonds of 1926, which will become rile on January 15th 1932, for amount of 14 3,135.00. Slaughter having duly approved for allowance and payment the claim of Herbert Moshell l for two and one half days time as employee in the Fire Denortment for amount of ;.y 9.68, same be allowed and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the proper department. Scott rsan having duly approved for allowance and payment the following claims, same be allowed and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to the Health Department Fund in the Department of Public Affairs Mrs. Bessie Glisson -Clerk -Board of Health -9 days 16 19.44 'm. Cash- ' Com+issioner Rieke offered motion that the amount of,$ 200.00 be ier's Fund allowed the Commissioner of Public Finance and th^t he be authorized to dray^, a check on the General Fund for said amount to be used as a Cashier's Fund for the purpose of meeting sundry demands for cash payments of requisitions dram on him from the various departments as the occasion may demand.
