At a regular meeting or the Board of Comnissionors held in the Commissioners' Chnmter in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2:30 o'clock P.M. on the 9th day of January, 1934, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll the follorinr answered to their names: Corrmissioners Baker, Bradshaw, Ripley, Washburn and Hnyor Scott (5). City Manafer L. V. Bean was prenent. Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Charity Mayor Scott offered motion that the City Treasurer be authorizer? to Orders for month pay the Chnrity orders issued by the .Family Service Society for the month of of Novem- ber November 1933, as follows; allowed. Houser 81.80 I� i� Total 467,55 being half the total amount of all the orders issued, same having been duly approved i for allowance arca payment, and charge same to the Miscellaneous Charity Fund. Commissioner Baker offered motion that the City Treasurer be Interest allowed authorized to pay the interest coupons for six months on the School Improvement on School Improve- Bonds of 1920, which -ill become due on January 15th, 1934, for amount of $3125.00 ment Bonds of 1920.
