At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissionorsl Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2.00 o'clock
P.M. on the 18th day of December, 1933, Mayor Scott presided and upon call
of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Block,
Bradshaw, Rieke, '7ashburn and 1jayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted ns read.
