At a call meeting, of the Doard of Comminnloners meld in the
Commissioners' Ci:nmber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 otclock
P.?'. on Lho 24th dny of October, 1933, WRyor Scott presided and upon call
of the roll the following answered to their names: Com7laeloners Dlock,
Bradsha;:, Rieke and 1.'ayor Scott (4).
Mnyor Scott stated reason for call to-ait: For the purpose of
ordering the publication of an ordinance,nuthoriz Ing the Platoon system in
the Fire Department, same not having been adopted by the Board of Commissioners

Manufacturing Company for exemption from license, occupational, advalorem and
all other city taxes as -)rovided by ordinance for now industries, be granted
p� and that the records in the Finance Department be so marked as to exempt sold
I .7orthy hanufacturing Company from all city taxes for a period of five years.
