At a regular meeting of the Bo"rd of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners[ Chamber in '.he City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o[clock P.M.
on the 9th day of October, 1933, Mayor Scott presided andupon call of the roll the
