'nonce i • or17ed to to rno 1.O0 • ,00' At a rogulnr meeting of the Board of Comrizoioners hold in the Cor.:missioners, Chamber in the City Rall building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky, at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of March, 1932, Mayor Scott prosided, and upon call of the roll the following ansrrored to their names: Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Volt, Rieke and [payor 'cott (5). Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to draw a check to Mrs. Frnnces Allen, Circuit Court Clerk, in satisfaction of judgment and cost in Me Cracken Circuit Court of the case .of L. L. Goode vs., city of Paducah and charge to Judgments and Court Cost Department of Public Affairs, amount .^ 220.65. Adopted on cnll of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5). Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Finance retire Bond #5 and coupons of Series A K, Improvement Project, as nll property assessed in this project inns paid. Furthermore, the twnount of fifty cents be, drown from the general fund and placed in the A K Series Improvement project fund to cover deficit now due. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5). Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to employ a dog catcher and to hire a vehicle for his use; said dog catcher to be paid Sixty Dollars (,'•60.00) per month and a sum not exceeding ::15.00 per month be paid for the use of the vehicle. Said dog catcher to work during the pleasure of the board of conmissionere. I further move that said dog catcher when so employed by the Commissioner of Public Finance be given police power upon complying with the ordinance reGulnting the granting thereof.
