At a call meeting of of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Cc -.n 3ssionersI Chamber in the City 11all ruilding in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 4:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of Horeb, 1932, ilayor Scott presided, and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Holt and Mayor Scott. (4).
Mayor Scott stated reason for call, to -crit: For the purpose of
allowing payment of the pay roll for the last half of February.
Pay Roll` Mayor Scott offered motion that the payrolls for the last half
for last:
half of 1 of February 1932 be allowed in the amount of �. 10,031.57 and the Commissioner of
February:
i Public Finance be authorized to pay same. Adonted on call of the roll: Yeas,

Pro rata Mayor Scott offered motion that the Commissioner of Public

schools Finance be authorized to draw a check for amount of $ 1130.78 on the General Fund
to the order of the Peoples National Bank 'Trustee for deposit to the credit or the
Board of Education General Fund in settlement of the pro rata due the City
f Schools on General Tax collections. for the month of February 1932. Adopted on
call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt and mayor Scott (4).
