At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall, Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 28th day of AUL-ust, 1933, Mayor Scott presided and upon call of the roll
the following, answered to their names: Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, and
Mayor Z�cott (4). Commissioner Rieke being out of the city.
Minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read,
Mayor Scott offered motion that the offer of the General Fire Truck
Company, St. Louis, Missouri, be accepted as a settlement In full for the amount due
as the last payment on a Fire Truck Pumper purchased by the City which is $ 1850.00
and 6% interest for 1 year ;,'111.00, a total of $ 1961.00 if not paid before
December 1st, 1933, the maturity'dnte of the note.
Final And that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to deduct
settlement
of account from the total of the last amount due 3� discount 55.50 and 6% interest for

General 3 months time to run .$ 27.75, or a total saving of w 83.25 by accepting their offer,

Caron Mayor Scott offered motion that the Caron Directory Company, Louisville
Director Co.,
allowed Kentucky, be allowed the amount of ;, 24.00 for furnishing a copy of the 1933
