Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. Report of Mayor Scott offered the following motion: The regular financial ';later Worle for month report of the Paducah eater Works (Municipally owned) for the month of May 1933, of May 1933. having become misplaced and found on this day I now move that It be received and i filed. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4). R.D.liichol Mayor Scott offered motion that the communication from R. D. Nichol exempted from taxes requesting exemption from taxes for a period of five years, be received and filed; for five years, and it appearing from said application that this applicant is a manufacturing enterprise and that it was organized and commenced business on the 15th day of June 1933, and that it employs regularly more than fifteen people and is located at 8th & Finley Streets in the City of Paducah, I move that said R. D. Nichol or its successors be, and it is hereby exempted from the payment to the City of Paducah of all ad valorem and license taxes for a period of five .years from the 15th day of June 1933. Certain Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Conmissioner of Public Funds trans- Finance be authorized to transfer from the General Fund to the fer red frcc "Peoples llatignal Bank" General Fund to School Improvement Bonds of 1920 Sinking Fund a 3367.00 Sinking Funds. School Improvement Bonds of 1926 Sinking Fund 2340.37 Arcadia School Bond 600.00 The amount due to be set aside the first six months to retire bonds at maturity. Fulks, Sub Station #1 exonerated from paying be exonerated from paying the u 1.50 poll tax charged on his tax bill #1757 poll tax. for the year 1933, on account of being a non-resident. Improvement Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Tax Fund "K" transfered Finance be authorized to transfer from the to Tax Fund Improvement Tax Fund a/c "K", Peoples National Bank, the amount of t 48,221.74 to the • Improvement Tax Fund a/c "H", Peoples National Bank, in order to facilitate the payment of Improvement Bond principal when due, from one Special chocking account. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Block, Bradsha-a, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4). Improvement Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Tax Fund "L" transferred Finance be authorized to transfer from the to Tax Fund "G", Improvement Tax Fund a/c L, Peoples Rational Bank, the amount of C 14,534.83 to 41 the Improvement Tax Fund a/c G, Citizens Savings Bank in order to facilitate the payment of Improvement Bond Coupons when due, from one special checking account. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4). Improvement Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public Tar.
