City of Paducahxf,'nMCKY_MWERARY 2yrd 19 32 I At an adjourned meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky nt 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 23rd dny of February 1932, in the absence of Mayor Scott Commissioner Bradshaw presided as Mayor pro tom, signed the minutes of the previous meetings, and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Block, Holt, Rieke and Moyer oro tom Brndshew, (4). Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read. I Allowance of Commissioner Rieke offered motion that Louis S1. List be allowed the claim to L. List for amount of v 6.32, for interest and penalties charged on June 1931 Improvement v 6.32 Bills, #69712 & #69714, which on account of failure of the collecting clerk ii in the office of the Commissioner of Finance to include the amount of those h :i bills in the settlement made by Mr. List who desired to pay all bills due at that time, and as he is now charged with this amount through no fault of his own, the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorised to draw a check on the General Fund to Louis 71. List and charge to the unpaid Dec. 1931 bills. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Holt, Rieke and Mayor pro tem Bradshaw, (4). i' Allowance of Commissioner Rieke offered motion that Brady M. Stewart, back Tax amount due Back Tax Collector be allowed the amount of $ 202.82, which is the amount due him on the Collector (Brady Stewart, total amount of a 2028.16, collected for General Taxes, including all pennities and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to draw a check on the General Fund in settlement and charge same to the 8 proper Fund.
