the following ansrrred to their nnrnes: Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Picke
and rayor Ccott {9).
Mayor Scott stated thnt the vrrpose of the meeting wan to hear
charges, preferred against the Chief of the fire Department, John V. Slaughter,
Fro-slnF out of an nlleged warrant issued 1n the Court of Chas. Slnek, Magistrote,
o.Cainst John V. Sloughter and alleging misconduct on a public highway.
Chief Slaughter -vsn represented by Counsel and brought witnesses
cefore the Board and the Corrmiscioners were represented in the hearing of the
charges by City Solicitor, '9. A. Berry.
Upon the completion of the hearing the Board adjourned for
Fconsideration of the case.
