At on adjcurne•t meeting of the Board of Commissioners in the
Com-iisslonera' Chamber on the third floor of the City Hall, in the city of
'. Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M., on January 5th, 1932. Vnyor Scott
presided, and upon call of the roll the following answered to their nnmea:

Sewer of Public Finance be authorized to pay the interest coupons for six months on the
Bonds
Third District Sewer Bonds, due January 10th, 1932, payable through the Citizens
Savings Bank for remittance to the Chemical Bank & Trust Company, of New York, N.Y.,
before Jnnuary 10th, 1932, to be paid out of the general fund and charge to
Bond Interest Fund. Adopted on call of the Roll: Yens; 5.
Horace Commissioner Rieke offered motion that Horace Sowell be anpointed

City Physician be combined under one head, and that Dr. Palmer Reed be appointed
