At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissionersv Chnmber in the City Rall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 3:00 o'clock P.M. on the'21st day of March, 1933, Mayor Scott oresided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).
