At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners, Chamber in the City Hall Bulleing in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:C0 o'clock P.t£, on the 13th day of Starch 1933, Mayor Scott presided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Rieke anc Mayor Scott (4).
- The minutes of the previous meeting were adopted as read.
Report of the Mayor Scott offered motion that the report of the Fire Chief for
Fire Depart-ent
for month of the Fire Department for the month of February 1933 be received and filed.
February 1933.
Adooted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and
Mayor Scott (4).
Pelson Fatate Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the R. L. Nelson Estnte
allowed amount
of t 48.00 in be allowed the total amount of ^ 48.00 in settlement of four (4) fees due for
settlement of
four claims holding inquests inside the City limits on the following dead bodies

G. T. Ylilbelms on Jan. 25, 1933 12.00
Edner Davis on Jan. 25, 1933 12.00
Chas. R. Sills on Feb. 10, 1933 12.00
Total ?;< 46.00
and that the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge
to the,Contingent Fund. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Rieke and Mayor Scott (4).
Dog Catcher Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of Public
employed.
Finance be authorized to employ a dog catcher and to hire a vehicle for his
use; said dog catcher to be paid Sixty Dollars (;1`60.00) per month and a sum
not esceeding Fifteen Dollars (~,15.00) per month be paid for the use of the
vehicle. Said dog catcher to work during the pleasure of the Board of
Cerlcissioners, I further move that said clog catcher when so employed by the
Commissioner of Public Finance be given police po^rer upon complying with the
ordinance regulating the granting thereof. Adopte•t on cnll of the roll. Yeas:
