At a call mcotiik, of the Hoard of Commissioners held 1n the
Co-rissionersl Chamber in the City hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 3:00 o+clock P.M. on the 22nd day of November 1932, Mayor Scott presided and
upon onll of the roll the following answered to their names: Corvaf.asioners Block,
Bradshaw, Holt, Rialto and Mayor Scott (5).
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to nit- For the purpose
of releasing the National Surety Company of bond of James P. Smith, and any other
business which may come before the Board.
