I At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Holl Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 21st day of november 1932, Mayor Scott orraided and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners nlock, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke snd Mayor Scott (5). Minutes of the urevious meetings were adopted an read. Report Mayor Scott offered motion that the report of Cotton & Eskew of Cotton ' t- Eskew on the audit of the records of the Paducah ';later Ylorks (tdunicipally owned) for the on audit of recordsyear ending octobor 31st, 1932 be received and filed. Adopted on call of the of Tater Norks roll: Yeas; Comnipsioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and ;slayer Scott (5) i1 Interest i, Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Commissioner of allowed Citizens j PaUic Finance be authorized to pay the Citizens Savings Bank the amount of v 93.93 Bank for remittance. for remittance to the Chemical Bank and Trust Company, New York, in payment of the to Chemical Bank interest due from September 1st to November 18th, 1932 on the payment of ;} 41400.00 and from September 1st to November 19th, 1932 on the payment of $ 2,700.00 on the S 90,000.00 notes executed to said bank by the City of Paducah in the year 1931. Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the Co rtissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay out of the proceeds received from the sale of the last two blocks of Paducah Funding Bonds totaling v 26,000.00 the following amounts: Citizens Savings Bank 14,200.00 Peoples National Bank 4,700.00 Chemical Bank & Trust Company 7,100.00 to be anplied as payments on notes executed to these respective tanks by the City of Paducah in the }e ar 1931. Annual rental', Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the annual rental charge of charge of After Hour 10.00 for use of the Citizens Savinga Pink-Aftcr Hour Deposit Lox be allowed, Deposit box at Citizens and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to pay same and charge to Bank, allowed Printing, Postage & Supplies in the Department of Public Finance.
