At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 19th day of November, 1932, Ynyor Scott
presided and anon call of the roll the following answered to their names:
Co::missioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
Mayor Scott offered motion that the report of the Paducah :'later
Works (Municipally owned) for the month. of October 1932, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt-, Rieke and
Mayor Scott (5).

Refund of poll a' Commissioner Rieke offered motion that Tm. Smith, R.F.D.#4 who
tax to "rm.$mith
R.F.D. 1/4 is a non-resident, as he lives in the County, be exonerated from paying a poll
tax of i 1.50 assessed on tax bill # 4284 for year 1932, and as he has paid the
full amount of the tax bill, that the Commissioner of Public Finance be suthovized
to refund the amount of $j 1.50 paid for poll tax and charge same to the Contingent
Fund.:' Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt,
P.ieke and Mayor Scott (5). -
Paducah Ice Commissioner Rieke offered motion that whereas, under a recent
Company refunded!!
20.85 decision in the Police Court it was decided that the Paducah Ice kanunfeturing
Company was not liable for payment of licenses on any of their sub -stations -
The Paducah Ice Company, who on August 3, 1932 paid the amount of v 20.85 under
protest, for their agent, ':7. L. Varblo be allowed, and the Commissioner of Public
Finance be authorized to refund aame and charge to the Contingent Fund. Adopted
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and
