At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in
the Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 7th day of November 1932, Mnyor Scott presided and upon
call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners Block, Brad-
shaw, Holt, Picks and Mayor Scott (5).
Minutes of the previous meetings were adopted as read.
J.1- Lyons Commissioner Rieke offered motion that J.L. Lyons #J418 Kincaid
