At a call mooting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hall building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of Hovembor, 1932r Mayor Scott presided
and upon call of the roll the following answered to their namos: Commissioners
Block, Rieke and Mayor Scott (3) Commissioners Bradshaw and Holt being absent.
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to crit:- For the purpose
of allowing payrolls for the last half of October and any other businoss which
may come before the Board.

to pay same and charge to Plater Rentals in the Deonrtment of PuLlic Affnirs.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Block, Rieke
and Mayor Scott (3).
Rent for Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the claim of Anna M. Baumer
Baumer's
Field allowed for amount of $ 200.00 for rent•of Baumer Field to the Park Hoard from
September 1, 1932 to ?larch 1, 1933 be allowed, same having Leon duly approved
for allowance and payment, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be
authorized to pay same and charge to the Park Board in the Department of
Public Affairs. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens; Commissioners Block,
Rieke and Mayor Scott (3).
Payrolls for Commissioner. Rieke offered motion that the payrolls for the Inst
last half
of October half of Octo:er 1932 be allowed in the nmou,:t of $ 8214.14 and that the
