At a call meeting of the Board of Commissioners hold in the Commiss=
icners' C1hamLer in the City Hall Building in the City of Paducah, Kentucky
at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 26th day of October, 1932, Mayor Scott erosided
and upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott (5).
Mayor Scott stated reason for call to wit:- For the purpose of
allowing Funds to the Board of Education.
5,490.84 Commissioner Rieke offered motion that the City board of Education be
allowed the
Board of allowed the amount of 5,490.84, due on tax collections for the. month of August
Education
amount due 1932, and the Commissioner of Public Finance be authorized to make settlement
from General
Fund. for said amount due the Board of Education General Fund. Adopted on call of
the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, dolt, Rieke and Ma^or Scott (5).
Amount placed) Commissioner Rieke offered motion that nursunnt to 11/3219 Kentucky
in Peoples
Bank for Statute, I move the Comcissioner of Public Finance place the following amount,

ucation. - due the Board of Education, in "The Common School Fund," at the Peoples National

Subject to orders, per form attached, for teachers raid other salaries, drawn
on the City of Paducah or the Commissioner of Finance by resolution of the
Eoord of Education, October 24th, 1932. Adopted on call of the roll: Yens;
Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, Holt, Rieke and Magor Scott (5).
On motion the meeting adjourned.
