At a regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held in the
Commissioners' Chamber in the City Hell Building in the City of Paduenh, Kontuclr
at 2100 o'clock P.M. on the 4th day of January, 1932, Mnyor Scott prosided and
upon call of the roll the following answered to their names: Commissioners
Block, Bradshaw, Iiolt, Rieke and Mayor Scott, (5).
Appointment Commissioner C. C. Rieke offered motion that Rudy Stewart be nominate -
of City Clerk is
City Clerk. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw,
Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott, (5).
Appointment Mayor Scott offered motion that W. A. Berry be appointed by the Bosrd
of City
Solicitor of Commissioners as City Solicitor, for the duration of the ensuing term. Adopt
on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Bradshaw, holt, Bioko, and
;. Mayor Scott, (5).
Appointnent Commissioner Emmett- L. Holt offered motion that Commissioner
of Mayor
Pro -Tem Romsey E. Bradsbaw be elected Mayor Pro Tem of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners Block, Holt, Rieke, and
Mayor Scott, (4).
Adoption of Mayor Scott presented a Functioning Ordinance to cover the Period
Functioning
Ordinance of time from this on, and delivered said Ordinance to the Clerk of this Board

Adoption of Mayor Scott presented an Ordinance fixing the Salaries and Compen-
Salary
Ordinance sations for the Elective Officers of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, from this
day on, and naming the Salaries which are to attach to the various elective
Officers and Appointees. Adopted on call of the roll: Yeas; Commissioners
Block, Brndshaw, Holt, Rieke and Mayor Scott, (5).
